We decided to take our fur baby here and been coming here ever since. Larissa (owner) is SO sweet to Happy and makes sure she’s feeling comfortable and takes her time with her. Truly cares for furbabies which is so important. Happy enjoys going to the spa and always looks SO clean & cute after she’s done. I highly recommend this place. Staff is professional and friendly. They will try their best to fit you into their schedule but BOOK ADVANCE (2-3 weeks) since they are getting busier and busier all due to them being so popular.”

“Downtown Woody’s always does the cutest grooming on my little guy!! He gets the most compliments (by far) when he has a fresh Woody’s cut. Not only that but the staff are incredibly nice and very patient with him. I recommend booking the next appointment right when you pick up your pet, as they can get quite busy.”

“Our boy Billy is not the easiest to deal with while grooming but they do such a phenomenal job here. He’s a Pomeranian so I was really happy to find a groomer that did exactly what we wanted. I’m obsessed with the way he smells when he comes home from his baths! His fur is extra soft and he looks so handsome. Love the cute little bandanas they provide. Everyone seems great, and special shoutout to Alex who is Billy’s fave.”
Our boy Billy is not the easiest to deal with while grooming but they do such a phenomenal job here. He’s a Pomeranian so I was really happy to find a groomer that did exactly what we wanted. At the beginning of every visit, I hand her a Pomeranian that looks like I just pulled out of a garbage can and an hour and some change later, she hands me back a very handsome, much cleaner, better smelling little man.
I appreciate their knowledge of dogs and their individual breeds, (ie not shaving a Pomeranian and permanently damaging his double coat) and just how consistent they are in general. I’ve noticed at so many grooming salons that the employees have a high turnover, but I’ve been coming here for over two years and see the same faces every time.

She came back with an adorable bow and smelled clean, not like strong perfume (which we’ve experienced elsewhere). “When I rescued my anxious dog two years ago I came here via advice from the locals, and I can see why. They were patient with him, and always let me know how he did. They love seeing him every time he comes and you can even tell from their Instagram how much they love what they do. They're also willing to be flexible with rescheduling should it come to that if life gets in the way. When you do book and have your pet come, be sure to re-book while you're there if you like them since their schedule fills up quickly. Definitely recommend!”

I really appreciate the fact that Alex really understands my puppy and never pushes her to do something that she isn’t in the mood for that day. It’s great that she can pick up on queues because animals can’t speak however they will show you when they are uncomfortable. She always tells me how the groom went and how Kylo was feeling. Kylo always looks so cute and smells so amazing when she leaves. Downtown Woodys is very professional and really takes care of your fur baby. 10 stars if I could!”
